We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who wants to grow with us and help ensure every product that leaves our facility is safe, consistent, and top‑notch. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together, looks out for one another, and celebrates a job well done.

Keep our equipment and tanks clean and sanitized to maintain the highest food safety standards
Locate and blend ingredients to create syrups following established recipes
Use lab equipment to test products and ensure they meet quality expectations
Set up production lines, monitor processes, and troubleshoot when needed
Maintain accurate logs of procedures, results, and adjustments
Operate a forklift to unload and store materials
Help maintain our water treatment and RO systems
Assist with inventory checks and sorting syrups and concentrates
Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
Pitch in with preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Support your team with additional tasks as needed

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly and up to 75–100 lbs occasionally
A high school diploma or equivalent
Comfort with basic math
A general understanding of chemicals
Clear communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer experience (helpful but not required)
Ability to climb stairs, reach overhead, bend, twist, and stay on your feet
Willingness to work overtime when needed (up to 64 hours/week)

Wis-Pak, Inc. was founded to provide a centralized supply of canned soft drink products to its owners, Pepsi-Cola Franchise bottlers.
On June 26, 1969, Watertown, Wisconsin was chosen as the site for a 64,000 square foot facility and Continental Can was selected as the prime supplier of canning equipment. Construction began in September of 1969. Wis-Pak has since become one of the largest and most successful cooperative companies in the soft drink industry with eight filling plants, a transportation company, a beverage brands company and a company for centralized administration.
In 1987 Wis-Pak created and launched the first Wis-Pak brand, Klarbrunn Sparkling. First to the market and fresh from the start, Klarbrunn sparkling water paved the way with its simplistic, naturally flavored bubbly water. Since the launch of Klarbrunn Wis-Pak has successfully launched over seven additional brands. The newest brand, BUBBL’R antioxidant sparkling water, is another first to the market better for you beverage filling consumers needs one sip at a time.
Wis-Pak is owned by 35 Shareholders, representing 65 Pepsi-Cola franchises.
