Responsibilities:

• Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specificationcompliance

• Audit production and packaging for accuracy inshapes,specifications,storage, packaging,labelingand coding

• Identifyand manage non-conforming productsand food safetyhazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutions

• Maintain records,documentation, andretention samples

• Proactivelyidentifyand execute on continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

• Experience with Microsoft Officeapplications(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree in food relatedfield(Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)

• Experience in quality assurance testing
