QA Lab and NDT Technician

Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry – Manitowoc, WI

DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:

• Performing radiographic (X-ray) NDT inspections on initial samples and in-process production
• Conducting chemical and mechanical testing and reporting results
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, customer specifications, and quality standards
• Supporting PPAP, first-piece inspections, and corrective action investigations
• Collaborating with Production, QA Leadership, and external testing resources

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• QA or NDT experience in manufacturing or foundry environments
• Ability to read blueprints and customer specifications
• Level II Radiographic (X-ray) Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
