Job Description

Role:

Analysts will conduct data analysis and extraction
work. Some Analysts may also undertake Quality Assurance (QA) tasks as
part of their role, depending on how the engagement progresses.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Usage of AI Tools:
  (Highlight): No use of AI-driven chatbots or assistants for data
  creation or processing tasks unless the client has explicit written
  authorization for the specific workflow or process.
  
• Analysts
  will be tasked with data analysis and extraction duties. A portion of
  the analysts may also engage in Quality Assurance (QA) as part of their
  responsibilities under this contract, contingent on the project's
  progression. Other duties can be assigned as the project evolves and a
  need arises under this contract.
  
• Shift hours will be on the
  factors as guided by the project's requirements and the necessity for
  coordination. Depending, the schedule may be set to either a morning
  shift or a cross shift, with the latter being favored to align with
  client schedules for feedback and meetings when necessary.
  
• Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields using keyboarding tools.
  
• Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
  
• Update relevant information on various project databases online and offline.
  
• Capture the data in the relevant database in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• Identify and resolve errors and bring them to the attention of the relevant parties as quickly as necessary.
  
• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is keyed.
  
• Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
  
• Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final output.
