Your Job 职位概述

As a QA Inspector based in Suzhou, you will safeguard product quality across incoming, in-process, and final inspection. By inspecting connector components to specification and catching issues early, you will help ensure that only conforming product reaches our customers. 作为派驻苏州的质量检验员，您将负责来料、制程与成品检验，全面保障产品质量。您将依据规范检验连接器部件，及早发现问题，确保只有合格产品交付给客户。

What You Will Do 工作职责

• Inspect incoming materials according to inspection standards and specifications 按照检验规范对供应商来料进行检验
• Verify dimensions, appearance, and functionality of connector components, including terminals, housings, shells, contacts, and packaging materials 对连接器端子、胶芯、外壳、包装材料等进行尺寸及外观确认
• Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, and microscopes 使用卡尺、千分尺、高度规、投影仪等测量工具进行检测
• Complete inspection reports and maintain inspection records 填写来料检验报告并完成检验记录
• Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming materials 对不合格来料进行标识、隔离及异常反馈
• Conduct routine production line inspections according to inspection plans 按巡检计划进行生产现场巡检
• Monitor product quality during assembly and packaging processes 检查组装等工序品质状态
• Perform first-article inspections and verify product quality after changeovers or setup adjustments 确认首件修模后的产品符合要求
• Verify critical process parameters and control points 监督关键工艺参数执行情况
• Escalate quality issues and stop production when necessary to prevent defects 发现异常及时停线，反馈并跟踪改善
• Perform final product inspections according to sampling plans 按抽样标准进行成品检验
• Verify product appearance, dimensions, functionality, labeling, and packaging 检查产品外观、尺寸、功能及包装
• Ensure products meet customer specifications before shipment 执行出货前质量确认
• Prepare outgoing inspection reports and release documentation 编制出货检验报告
• Record and maintain inspection data accurately 完成检验数据录入和统计分析
• Ensure traceability of inspection records 维护质量记录的完整性和可追溯性
• Support Quality Engineers in root cause analysis and corrective actions 配合质量工程师进行异常分析与纠正措施
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality enhancement projects 参与持续改善活动

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 任职要求（基本资格）

• Junior college (associate) degree or above 大专以上学历
• Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in the connector industry 3 年以上连接器行业质量检验经验
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, microscopes) 熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、高度规、投影仪、显微镜等精密测量工具

What Will Put You Ahead 加分项

• A background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, tooling/mold, or electrical/electronics, or a related discipline 机械制造、模具、电子电气等相关专业优先
