Meet the team:
A Lot Release QA inspector assists in maintaining high-quality standards by supporting quality control processes, conducting inspections, and managing documentation, contributing to the overall quality and compliance of products or services within an organization.
Where you come in:
As a member of the QA Lot Release team, the inspector is responsible for ensuring the activities related to the inspection functions in a manner which meets company standards and methods as determined by quality assurance or other engineering departments.
What makes you successful:
You will perform in-process and final product review of documents for accurate format, signatures, dating and Good Documentation Practices (GMP) for commercial product in a timely matter.
You will perform in-process product inspection and testing for commercial products as conforming to specified requirements in accordance with product specification and quality assurance standards.
You will prepare, record, and update inspection report form.
You will maintain compliance with operating procedures and ensure training is completed prior to the operation of a task.
You will ensure all documentation is legible, complete, and correct per current Good Manufacturing Practices Inspect labeling for the finished product.
You will apply approval or rejection labels to lot/product once inspection data, complete the review of lot history record (LHR).
You will initiate and assist with the NCMR process during manufacturing of commercial products.
You will review shipping documentation to assure accurate order shipment.
You will be responsible for regular inspection report compilation and update.
You will monitor equipment and instrumentation to ensure it is clean and safe to use.
You will use the Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, Outlooks.
You will adhere to all GMP, safety guidelines and company standards always.
You will assume and perform other duties as assigned.
