Job Description

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Noida

Mandatory Skills:

Junit, Automation Framework Creation for Testing, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), OOPS Concepts, Test Reporting & Risk Management, Web Analytics Testing, TestNG, Python, API Automation, REST Assured, Cucumber, Playwright, Robot Framework, MS SQL

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile domains aligned with product and engineering goals.
• Establish governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across teams.
• Lead multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices.
• Define KPIs such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, and drive continuous improvement.
• Accountable for automation ROI, defect leakage trends, and release confidence across programs.
• Drive adoption of advanced practices such as intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality, and self-healing test strategies.
• Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to ensure systems are designed for testability and observability.
• Oversee risk management, reporting, and audit readiness of QA processes across programs.
• Build and mentor high-performing automation teams and promote a culture of engineering excellence and quality-first mindset.
