The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Qualifications:
Strong Knowledge on Markets Treasury functions.
Strong Understanding of SDLC and STLC: Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
Manual Testing Techniques: Proficiency in various manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Test Case Management: Experience in designing, writing, and executing clear and comprehensive test cases.
Bug Tracking Tools: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, ALM).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report defects and collaborate with team members.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot problems.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to testing and defect identification.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Basic SQL Knowledge (Optional but beneficial): Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Domain Knowledge: Relevant domain knowledge pertinent to the application being tested.
Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and identify edge cases and unexpected behaviors.
