The co-op will be responsible for assisting with QA process including incoming raw material inspection, continuous improvement projects, documentation control and archiving, supplier quality management, and other quality functions as needed.
Primary Duties:
• Work under the supervision of senior QA Engineers to perform incoming inspection and release of raw materials and products, and ensure only compliant and quality materials are used in our manufacturing process.
• Completes records and documentation related to incoming raw materials, products and/or services from suppliers.
• Assists QA Document Control in maintaining approved supplier lists.• Reports nonconforming materials to senior QA personnel and Quality Manager, and assist with any follow-up investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Assists QA functions as needed with maintenance of internal and external documents, and controlled documentation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The wage for this role based in Pennsylvania is $17.00. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
