We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer / Test Analyst to support implementation and transformation projects for our clients in banking, insurance, and financial servicesGerman language skills are required because this role is part of an international initiative across CZ and DE, delivering projects for German-speaking clients and stakeholders
We are open to two tester profiles:
Automation/QA Testers:primarily focused on automation (relevant projects exist for automation-focused testers)
Manual/Functional Testers:strong functional testing, ideally with interest in moving toward automation
This is a client-facing consulting role—strong communication skills, independence, and the ability to help shape testing concepts are essential.
Design and execute test cases, including manual and automated testing
Support the creation of test plans, test concepts, and test reports
Develop and maintain automated test scripts
Collaborate with project teams on medium to large-scale implementation projects
Manage defect trackingand test reporting
Communicate directly with clients in a client-facing role
Operate within ITILenvironments
You demonstrate a proactive approach to using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Power BI, etc.) and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support informed decision-making, solve complex problems, and embrace continuous learning in a rapidly evolving workplace.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience from banking, insurance, or financial servicesis a strong plus
At least 3 years of experiencein software testing, including experience from implementation projects
Proficiency in designing, executing, and documentingtest cases
Defect managementand test reportingexperience
Professional language skills: German B2–C1and English C1
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformations, core system transformations, and cloud migration environments is a strong advantage
Familiarity with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Micro Focus ALM, Xray, Selenium, UiPath, SoapUI, Tricentis Tosca, Confluence, or similar
Basic scripting skills in Java, Gherkin, C#, Python, or comparable languages
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ISTQBor comparable certifications are a plus

Final salaryis subject to seniority and position. From 2000 - 2800 EUR/month. The annual bonus is a non-guaranteed part of the overall compensation package. Whether it is awarded and in what amount depends on the company’s financial performance in the given financial year, as well as on the employee’s individual year-end performance review. For this position, the annual bonus can range from EUR 0 to the equivalent of 2 monthly salaries.
