Job Description

• 6+ years of experience in a Quality engineering role.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Services Cloud)
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Schema, Salesforce Cloud objects 
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid experience in writing Test Case Design, Test Case Execution and Defect management.
• Expertise in Negative scenario testing, Regression testing, Unit testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good to have experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Selenium, TestNG, JavaScript).
