Our client is LED Lighting Trading & Distribution

QA Engineer (Lighting) 

Responsibilities:- 

• handle the product testing & certification for customer orders and closely follow-up with test lab / supplier / internal team on all issues
• ensure all customer requirements are followed and timelines are kept (deadlines for documentation, co-licenses, etc.)
• work on problem solving actively with test lab, supplier, merchandiser & key account
• be familiar with the products and check samples before sending to customer
• draft deviation notes for customer samples 
• review product samples in terms of workmanship, construction, compliance with EU norms / standards / directives
• responsible for inspection report checking and follow-up on mentioned issues
• create PSI reports for some customers
• key contact for customers to provide requested technical information and reports / certs
• checking IM, layout, labels in terms of legal compliance & accuracy of technical specs + symbols used

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in testing of lighting products, especially for EU market
• able to deal with Chinese factories and achieving compliance with our requirements
• well-organized personality and able to manage projects with tight deadlines
• focus on details
• proficiency in MS Office
• strong communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, English)
