Join the multi-disciplinary Systems team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our autonomous systems. You will work on challenging problems, from investigating critical live issues to optimizing workflows for operational excellence.

Role responsibilities

  • Triage Critical Issues: Analyze and prioritize system issues reported by internal teams or external customers.

  • In-Depth Investigations: Conduct detailed analyses of live issues involving autonomous systems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.

  • Performance Optimization: Investigate and analyze factors impacting productivity, safety, and system performance, such as harsh braking incidents.

  • Automation Development Design and build tools to automate the triage and analysis of reported issues.

  • Workflow Optimization: Leverage automation tools to improve and streamline operational processes and workflows.

Required Experience

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Python with experience in software debugging and deployment processes.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to extract insights from data and understand complex problems.

Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.

Soft skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

  • A high level of curiosity and persistence when investigating and resolving technical challenges.

Bonus experience

  • Experience working on robotics or autonomous systems projects.

  • Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS or autonomous vehicle systems.

  • Knowledge of performance analytics or machine learning techniques.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
