We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the successful onboarding of retailers onto our platform. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, acting as the key point of contact during the onboarding and testing phases of project delivery.
As an Integration Specialist, you will manage and perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the quality and readiness of our platform integrations. You will also guide clients through the testing and launch process, troubleshooting any issues and driving successful outcomes.
