We’re looking for a highly skilled and self-driven QA Engineer to join the Core Client team at Personetics. In this role, you will take substantial ownership of the quality, reliability, and performance of our Client Engage product, one of the key pillars of Personetics’ platform, powering real-time, personalized digital banking experiences for major financial institutions around the world.
You will operate at the core of our technology, partnering closely with developers, product managers, and designers to define and execute effective testing strategies across complex, configurable UI components and multi-platform integrations. A major part of the role involves building and maintaining robust automated testing suites, ensuring long-term stability and efficiency as the product continues to scale.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position that goes beyond routine testing. You will help refine our processes, influence quality standards, and play a central role in driving a culture of quality within the team. We’re looking for someone with strong experience, technical depth, and the confidence to take initiative, someone who can elevate our QA practices and help ensure our product meets the highest standards.
