As part of Groupe BPCE’s international division, Natixis in Portugal designs and delivers solutions for its two core areas — Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management — as well as transversal services that support all entities across the Group.

• Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts using UFT and Selenium;
• Execute and analyze automated tests to identify defects and areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
• Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks;
• Investigate and report software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and best practices;
• Provide accurate and timely status reports on testing progress and results;
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members;
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to test automation;

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation;
• Strong proficiency in UFT and Selenium for test automation;
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus;
• Proficiency in French ( C1 level mandatory).
