So now we are looking for a QA Engineer with strong automation skills and performance testing experience who will help us ensure system stability, improve test coverage, and validate our platform under high-load conditions.

This role is ideal for someone who is primarily an automation engineer (Java-based) but also has hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Gatling and wants to grow in this direction.

🎯 Your Impact

• Build and maintain automated test coverage for core system functionality
• Develop and execute performance and load tests (focus on real-life scenarios)
• Ensure system stability under high-load and enterprise-scale data volumes
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them
• Contribute to improving QA processes and test infrastructure
• Balance automation, performance, and occasional manual testing when needed

🧰 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Automation Testing (Main Focus)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests using Java
• Work with Selenium, JUnit, Rest Assured
• Maintain and scale automation frameworks
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines ( Jenkins)
• Work with APIs ( Google API, Microsoft Graph API)

Performance Testing

• Build and maintain load testing scripts using Gatling
• Run performance tests and analyze system behavior under load
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements
• Work with monitoring tools and dashboards

Collaboration & QA

• Occasionally support manual testing when needed
• Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams
• Create and maintain test cases (Zephyr)
• Use tools like Slack, Bitbucket for collaboration

📌 Requirements

Must-have Experience

• Strong experience with Java (for test automation)
• Hands-on experience with Selenium
• Experience with Gatling (performance testing)
• Experience with Claude or AI tools in QA workflows
• Experience with JUnit, Gradle, Rest Assured
• Experience working with APIs
• Understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins or similar)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Selenium Grid
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience with monitoring tools
