We’re looking for an QA professional who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, and build expertise with modern tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintainQA processes and procedures across the software development lifecycle, while supporting the continuous improvement of QA practices, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.

• Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for manual and automatedtesting activities.

• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automated test suites using modern frameworks and tools.

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to help ensure product quality, reliability, and release readiness.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with development teams to support timely investigation and resolution.

• Use tools such as JIRA and Xray to manage test cases, track defects, report testing progress, and maintain visibility across QA activities.

• Prepareclear, accurate, and conciseQA reports and documentation to support delivery, internal standards, and audit readiness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product, and DevSecOps to enhance product quality.

• Stay current with QA methodologies and automation best practices.

• Ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., security, audit readiness).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with Java programming language and automation tools such asSelenium (preferably with Serenity BDD)

• Experience with Cucumberand behavior-driven development (BDD)approaches.

• Working knowledge of JIRA and Xrayfor test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

• Understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration testing).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented, quality-focusedapproach to work.

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills with a professional working level of English and teamwork skills.

• Nice to have:exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured; experience in financial services or other regulated environments; and basic knowledge of performance or security testing.
