Introduction to the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality across the full release cycle — from requirements analysis and test design to regression testing and release validation.
You will work closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Automation QA Engineers in a fast-paced Scrum environment, helping the team deliver stable and high-quality releases.
What you'll do?
- Analyze requirements and identify gaps, risks, and edge cases before development starts
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression suites
- Perform functional, regression, UAT, API, and end-to-end testing
- Validate release readiness and participate in post-release smoke testing
- Write clear and structured bug reports with detailed evidence and RCA
- Test APIs using Postman, Swagger, and DevTools
- Work with Jira/Qase and maintain proper test documentation and traceability
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and support teams
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, estimation sessions, and release discussions
- Ensure product quality and prevent critical bugs from reaching production
Who are we looking for?
Must to have
Hard skills
- 2+ years of experience in Manual QA
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, DevTools)
- Experience with Jira, Qase, Trello, or similar task-tracking systems
- Experience with test design techniques including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, negative testing, and edge-case validation
- Experience with regression testing, UAT, and release testing
- Ability to analyze logs, network requests, and identify root causes of issues
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and test reporting tools (Allure is a plus)
- Understanding of client-server architecture and integration flows
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts or any programming language
