Job Description

  • クライアントからのクレームや問い合わせ対応業務、関連部署と連携、報告書作成
  • クライアントとの品質合意書/製品仕様書、顧客向け品質関連文書(検査成績書等)の作成・管理
  • 国内外顧客品質監査のハンドリング、対応業務
  • 各変更管理プロジェクト案件の意思決定会議体を主催し、必要に応じて各プロジェクトに参画
  • 顧客クレームデータと関連する工程内データを分析して、工場内にフィードバックをかけ、品質システムの継続的改善を促進
  • 品質改善委員会を主催し、品質情報(顧客苦情、工程内異常、原材料不適合情報等)を他部門に配信し、品質システム、工程改善を促進
  • 工程管理システム健全性監視を実施し、歩留まり改善を促進
  • 新工場立ち上げサポート
