We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and diversity characteristics and warmly encourage disabled or neurodivergent candidates to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Control ManagementEstablish and maintain an effective document control system for QA/QC documentation.Register, track, issue, update, and archive controlled documents in accordance with project requirements.Maintain document numbering, revision control, and document status reports.Ensure all quality documents are current, approved, and accessible to authorized personnel.Monitor document workflows and ensure timely review and approval processes.Quality DocumentationManage quality records including:Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Method StatementsQuality ProceduresInspection ReportsMaterial Receiving Reports (MRRs)Test ReportsNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Corrective Action Reports (CARs)Request for Inspection (RFIs)Vendor DocumentationTurnover and Handover DossiersMaintain QA/QC databases and document registers.Compliance and AuditsEnsure documentation complies with:Project Quality Management System (QMS)ISO 9001 requirementsClient specifications and contractual requirementsWorley document control proceduresSupport internal and external quality audits by providing required documentation and records.Verify completeness and traceability of quality records.Reporting and CoordinationGenerate regular document status reports and KPI reports for project management.Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives regarding document submissions and approvals.Follow up on overdue documents and quality deliverables.Assist in preparing final project quality dossiers and turnover packages.Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)Operate and maintain document control systems such as:AconexSharePointTeamBinderDocumentumOther project EDMS platformsEnsure accurate uploading, indexing, retrieval, and archiving of project records.

Qualifications:EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Information Management, or related discipline.ExperienceDocument control experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects.Experienced in QA/QC document control within large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.Experience working on active construction sites is preferred.Previous experience with Worley, mining, or major industrial projects is an advantage.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
