Responsibilities:

• Quality assurance and quality control of fabrication of semiconductor devices.
• Management of quality assurance for customers involving RMA.
• Promote improvement activity of fabrication process
• Team building for specialists as QA/QC/reliability engineers
• Quality control management system representative

Expected Background:

• More than 5-year experience on quality assurance of semiconductor devices or components for optical communication network modules.
• More than 3-year experience as customer quality engineers or similar position
• Experience on quality control and quality system
• Bachelor’s degree is needed. Master’s degree is preferable.

Expected Skill:

• Total management about quality assurance and quality control of semiconductor devices.
• Communication skill with customers about quality assurance and RMA
• Experience and/or deep understandings about semiconductor fabrication process and design.
• Knowledge on quality system (ISO9001)
• Better to have skills: QC tool, Reliability technologies about semiconductor devices,　Auditor (customer audit / supplier audit), Physical analysis, SPC
• Fluent Japanese speaker and business level English skill.
