Job Description

DRS RADA is a global leader in active protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure security, and border surveillance.

We are seeking a motivated student to join our R&D group as a QA Automation Engineer.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated tests to maximize coverage and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with both manual and automation QA teams to drive quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and expand automated test coverage for Web and Windows Desktop applications.
• Develop, update, and maintain robust, reusable, and efficient test scripts—primarily using Selenium and Python.
• Refine existing test cases to improve accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure testability.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools or frameworks to enhance automation processes.

Requirements

• Student for Practical Engineering, BA, or BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with up to two years remaining before graduation.
• Availability for at least 3 full working days per week.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Python (or other scripting languages).
• Good understanding of Web applications and Windows Desktop applications.
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and a quick learner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in software testing - Advantage
