As a QA Automation Engineer II, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and improving automated test frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, enhance testing efficiency, and support agile development processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to define test plans and strategies.
  • Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and identify defects.
  • Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery.
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in test automation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on test script development and execution.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and integration processes.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Technologies: Java/Selenium experience is mandatory
