Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer – Mobile with strong experience in mobile automation using Appium with WebdriverIO (JavaScript or TypeScript) The candidate should have hands-on experience in regression testing, API validation, and CI/CD integration for Android and iOS applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile automation test scripts using Appium with WebdriverIO (JS/TS)
• Design and execute automated regression test suites for Android and iOS apps
• Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing for mobile applications
• Validate mobile app APIs using Postman or automation frameworks
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results and prepare defect reports
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Product teams
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
• Execute cross-device and cross-platform testing

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Mobile Automation (Appium)
• Experience using WebdriverIO with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Good understanding of Mobile automation framework design
• Knowledge of Android and iOS platforms
• Experience in Regression Testing
• Knowledge of API testing (REST APIs)
• Understanding of Git version control
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

Good To Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of test reporting tools (Allure, HTML reports)
• Experience with real device testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
• Basic understanding of SQL queries
• Experience with performance or accessibility testing for mobile apps
