Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-driven test automation frameworks to streamline functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Identify and implement tools and methodologies to enhance test coverage and reduce manual intervention.
• Leverage machine learning models to predict and identify areas prone to defects.
• Implement AI-based solutions for self-healing test scripts and intelligent error handling.
• Use AI/ML techniques to analyze test results, detect patterns, and provide actionable insights for development teams.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Contribute to the design of test plans, test cases, and test data for AI-driven workflows.
• Explore emerging AI and automation tools to keep the QA process at the forefront of technology.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure best practices in automated testing are adopted.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in adopting AI-driven testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years in QA Automation Testing.
• Proven experience in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools like Testim.io, Functionize, or Mabl.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on diagnosing test failures and optimizing scripts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AI/ML, QA Automation, or related fields.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of behavior-driven development (BDD) tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
