Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright across web and application layers.
• Write clean, maintainable test scripts in Python and JavaScript.
• Perform thorough API testing to validate integrations, data contracts, and service behaviour.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast feedback on code changes.
• Support and maintain build and deployment processes, with experience in Jenkins considered a strong advantage.
• Manage test code using version control, following branching strategies and code review best practices.
• Identify, document, and track defects with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and coverage.

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming ability in Python and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for browser automation.
• Experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Solid understanding of API testing principles and tools 
• Experience working within CI/CD environments and integrating tests into automated pipelines.
• Proficiency with version control systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Jenkins for build automation and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with containerisation tools such as Docker.
• Experience with performance or load testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum development methodologies.
