QA Automation Engineer (2 Years Experience)1

## Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with around 2 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts while also being capable of performing manual testing for new features, regression testing, and exploratory testing.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Java-based automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright, along with TestNG and Cucumber (BDD).

## Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Manual Testing for new features, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Design reusable automation components following framework standards.
• Execute automated regression suites and analyze failures.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Improve test coverage by identifying automation opportunities.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status.
• Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC and Agile development process.

## Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience maintaining automation suites and reducing flaky tests.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with both Selenium and Playwright automation.
• Hands-on experience in Java-based automation frameworks.
