Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 25-50 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Platform and Integration teams to gain a thorough understanding of system components and their functionalities
• Create and implement system-level automation tests that emphasize real-world customer scenarios
• Lead and promote automation efforts within the development team
• Assess, introduce, and apply appropriate automation tools and platforms
• Operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through documentation, reporting, and regular status updates

Required Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in product engineering and automation testing
• Extensive knowledge of system-level and API-level automation testing
• Practical experience with current automation tools and frameworks
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to work independently within a distributed team environment

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience collaborating with international teams, particularly in Europe
• Demonstrated leadership experience in spearheading automation testing initiatives
• Knowledge of database testing and algorithmic testing
