Responsibilities

• You'll coordinate testing activities, including Solution Integration and End-to-End testing.
• Update and maintain test strategy documents in collaboration with Test Engineers.
• Facilitate Defect Triage meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive test summary reports with input from the Delivery Team.
• Conduct thorough research to provide valuable feedback on product functionality.
• Contribute insights to system architecture reviews.
• Ensure thorough completion of user story, feature, and regression tests.
• Develop and present the Test Strategy to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Identify and address data requirements for effective testing.
• Develop and maintain both automated and manual test suites.
• Execute rigorous testing protocols, including automated and manual tests.
• Maintain a focus on ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Lead resolution efforts for issues across applications and systems.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis on defects and implement improvement strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Continuously expand knowledge of new products and applications.
• Deliver comprehensive training and documentation as needed.
