QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst with 6-10 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and data-driven solutions. This role is central to validating that systems meet business expectations, function seamlessly, and deliver accurate results. The QA Analyst will collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to design test strategies, execute validation processes, and provide confidence that solutions are ready for production use.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and define testing approaches.
  • Design and execute test cases to validate functionality, performance, and data accuracy.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution by development teams.
  • Perform regression testing to confirm system stability after enhancements or fixes.
  • Support automation initiatives by contributing to test scripts and frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices across projects.
  • Provide clear reporting on test progress, outcomes, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
