QA Analyst (Offshore) - Banking Project

Location: PCS CHE, Chennai

We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our offshore team for a banking project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.
• Identify, log, and track software bugs using tools like Jira, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and system testing.
• Prepare detailed test reports and maintain documentation regarding testing procedures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testing processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.
• Strong bug tracking and reporting skills using Jira.
• Excellent communication and commitment skills.
• Experience with IMS (Deal Breaker Skill).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of banking domain and financial applications.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
