Job Description

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9:00 pm - 6:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a monthly content strategy and calendar aligned with the CEOs personal brand and goals.

• Create, schedule, and publish approved content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Truth Social, etc.
• Create and present a monthly content calendar for review and approval.
• Maintain active posting and ensure alignment with the CEOs professional tone and voice.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; flag high-priority items requiring the CEOs attention.
• Recommend opportunities for audience engagement, including interactions with industry leaders and communities.
• Provide monthly analytics reports on follower growth, engagement, reach, and impressions, with actionable recommendations.
• Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or personal brand strategy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate directly with executives.
• Creative and proactive approach to building engagement and community.
• Experience bringing brand and product objectives to life with creative ad copy.
