Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator who blends creativity, marketing savvy, and digital design to bring our brand to life. This role will play a key part in developing content for web, social media, email campaigns, sales presentations, events, and more. You'll be instrumental in crafting a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all platforms through design, video, short-form copy, and strategic content creation. This is a fast-paced and varied role ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and making design that informs, engages, and inspires.
Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
- Design and edit short-form videos and animations for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and the company website.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets including sales collateral, brochures, case studies, and event materials.
- Support website improvements through digital design and UX/UI enhancements.
- Develop platform-specific social media graphics, hooks, and captions to boost engagement and performance.
- Partner with internal teams to produce branded presentation decks, marketing materials, and tradeshow assets.
- Maintain organized design files and assist with managing creative content libraries.
- Contribute to the evolution of brand identity by exploring new design trends and tools.
Requirements:
- Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Basic video editing for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube.
- Understanding of UX/UI and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook
- Working knowledge of print production processes
