Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Contract Billing / Estimator to manage the setup, execution, and billing of residential construction contracts. This role involves ensuring that all contract details between the client and contractor are executed on time, in alignment with landscape estimating processes, and accurately managing the billing for production home projects.

The Salary Range: 30,000 -40,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Monday to Friday | Night Shift (8:00pm - 5:00am)

The Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the estimating, design, purchasing, and contract management teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Estimating / Take-offs
  • Interpret and analyze landscaping plans to generate accurate take-offs and estimates.
• Accounts Receivable
  • Set up and timely billing of production home construction projects.
  • Manage claims and variations processing with accuracy.
• Contract Administration
  • Support the review and negotiation of contracts, change orders, and subcontract agreements, ensuring they comply with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accessible records of contracts, correspondence, and approvals.
• Liaison Coordinator
  • Coordinate project requirements, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Assist with tracking project budgets, expenses, and deliverables, identifying and addressing variances as needed.
  • Organize meetings and presentations related to estimating and contract management, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Maintain precise documentation, data registers, and system records.

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, with a focus on A/R Contract Administration, Landscape Estimating, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of home building and construction processes.
• Proficiency with construction management and estimating software.
• Advanced skills in Excel, MS Office, and Google apps, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
