Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain product data for automotive components across systems and platforms
• Develop and maintain engineering BOMs and ensure accurate structure-level representation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product documentation and lifecycle management
• Support product release processes using PLM tools and ensure data accuracy
• Analyze and understand functional relationships between automotive systems and components
• Contribute to product development lifecycle stages including planning, development, production, and after-sales support

Required Skills and Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in product data management for automotive components
• Experience in product documentation within OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
• Strong expertise in engineering BOM and structure levels
• Hands-on experience with PLM tools and understanding of part release lifecycle
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and component interactions
• Good understanding of end-to-end product development processes
• Exposure to working with global companies (German OEMs/Tier 1s preferred)

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Mechanical / Production / Automotive Engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz car portfolio
• German language proficiency
• Experience working with international teams or global stakeholders
