About this Role

We are seeking an innovative Software Developer with full‑stack expertise to help design and deliver high‑impact digital solutions. This role focuses on building scalable web applications by combining intuitive user interfaces with reliable, secure backend systems. The individual will collaborate closely with programme and project managers to transform ideas and prototypes into high‑quality, production‑ready software.

What you’ll do

We're looking for an innovative Software Developer with full-stack expertise to help build high-impact digital solutions. If you’re passionate about developing web applications that make a difference, you’ll love being part of our forward-thinking team.

  • Build seamless user interactions and reliable backend systems to power our web apps.
  • Collaborate with program and project managers to turn creative prototypes into high-quality, functional software.
  • Write well-structured, documented code that meets company standards.
  • Deploy, document, and enhance system functionality with an eye for efficiency and innovation.
  • Solve complex programming challenges and bring valuable technical solutions to the table.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in web app development with support for desktop and mobile.
  • Strong expertise in Python, AWS cloud development, and serverless architecture for scalable backend solutions.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing APIs, with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
  • Proficiency in one or more front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Expertise in modular ES6, CSS (SCSS, BEM), OOP, and version control with GIT.
  • Skilled in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Passion for backend development, with a drive for optimizing and securing backend systems to support high-quality, high-impact web solutions.

What skills you will learn

The individual will further develop expertise in full‑stack development, cloud‑native and serverless architectures, secure API design and modern frontend frameworks, while strengthening problem‑solving skills and experience delivering end‑to‑end digital solutions.
