This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 15- 25 LPA)

Min Experience: 4+ years

Requirements

• Python (5+ yrs) with hands-on product development — FastAPI / Django / Flask, REST API design, async programming
• Design patterns and clean architecture — able to justify a design decision and discuss trade-offs, not just name the pattern
• Authentication & identity — SSO integration ( SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC), JWT issuance/validation and token lifecycle, session management, RBAC, IdP integration (Okta, Entra ID / Azure AD, Ping)
• Kubernetes — deployments, services, ingress, namespaces, secrets/config, Helm; comfortable with dynamic provisioning and teardown of ephemeral environments
• Docker / containerization
• Multi-tenancy and tenant isolation (resource quotas, network policies)
• CI/CD pipelines, Git

Good to have

• Cloud platform experience (AWS / GCP / Azure) and IaC (Terraform)
• PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery or equivalent async task queues
• Observability — logging, metrics, tracing
• Network / DNS security awareness — useful context for understanding what the lab demonstrates; not a hiring criterion
