Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

FastAPI Framework, Python Programming (Core), Python Shell, Flask, Pandas

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Python and Django or Flask frameworks.
• Establish engineering standards, governance models, and development best practices across teams.
• Define application architecture standards and reusable framework patterns for scalable solution delivery.
• Drive enterprise adoption of Python development standards and framework best practices.
• Establish standards for data processing, transformation, and analytical solution development using NumPy and Pandas.
• Define enterprise standards for relational database integration, data access strategies, and database performance optimization across Python applications.
• Define coding standards, quality frameworks, and application development governance practices.
• Define enterprise data access architecture and ORM standards using Django ORM, SQLAlchemy, or SQLModel aligned with engineering best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance objectives.
• Define enterprise testing standards and quality engineering practices promoting automated unit testing, code coverage, and continuous quality improvement.
• Establish enterprise API quality standards including API testing, documentation, versioning, and governance practices.
• Guide teams on Python architecture, framework selection, application design, and engineering best practices.
• Identify technical risks, architectural gaps, and performance bottlenecks while defining mitigation strategies.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on application quality and engineering maturity.
• Establish development quality standards and engineering excellence practices across projects and programs.
• Collaborate with various teams and leadership stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering maturity, platform reliability, maintainability, and delivery excellence.
