Control Automation Teamautomatesmanualcontrolsthrough data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniquesin collaboration withBusiness, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and TechnologyThis team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policybreachesand providing data evidence for audit completion.

Analytical Skills

Coming up withautomated Techniques to removemanual touch points
Tools and Platforms
Basic- IntermediateinSAS, SQL, Tableau
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, andJIRA/Confluenceand Workflow Management
Nice to have– Experience one of the belowtechnologies.
SAS on Mainframe
Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence,Bitbucket,etc.
Domain Skills
Good understanding of
BankingProducts(Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree in information technology Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineeringfrom a premier institute. BTech/B. EMCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications
(Preferred)Postgraduatein –Masters in computers
0-3years of experience inDevelopmentProduction Support–identifyingproduction failures and fixing issues towards resolutioninvolvingcodes inSAS&SQL environment
