Python + AI Developer1
Required Skills & Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in Python development with production-level software engineering practices.
Experience with AI/ML-based chatbots and natural language understanding.
Hands-on experience with AWS EKS or Kubernetes deployments.
Integrations with APIs, particularly ServiceNow, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.
Knowledge of logging, observability, and monitoring tools.
Experience with conversational memory management and multi-turn dialogue handling.
Strong documentation, testing, and QA skills.
Preferred:
Prior experience in IT service automation or enterprise support bots.
Familiarity with vectorized search and knowledge base systems.
