What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will sit at the critical junction of system architecture and business automation, directly influencing Project Starfish—our next-generation global Workday rollout. You will get hands-on experience engineering AI workflows and structuring data for machine learning engines, moving beyond traditional IT sandboxes to drive real-world digital transformation across a global company.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Optimize user interfaces for global Workday modules to reduce user friction and enhance employee self-service portals.

• Format and structure unstructured job architecture data to power machine learning algorithms within the Workday Skills Cloud.

• Design and pilot automated, API-driven workflows and conversational AI tools to eliminate administrative hiring bottlenecks.

• Engineer systemic notification chains and conditional logic triggers for global talent management lifecycles.

• Lead data-cleaning protocols and schema designs for secure, cloud-based legacy records migration.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong foundational knowledge of database schemas, business process mapping, and structured system workflows.

• Exceptional proficiency in cleaning massive datasets, metadata tagging, and handling highly confidential enterprise information.

• Ability to translate complex operational business needs into structured functional requirements and system logic.

Bonus Points For:

• Academic exposure or hands-on experience with Generative AI prompt engineering or platform integrations.

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automated routing tools or systems like Jira Service Desk, HiredScore, or Paradox.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
