The Opportunity
We'relooking for a Graduate to join our Managed Services team inPōnekeWellington who will start with usas soon as possible this year.
Our Managed Services team helps clients keep important technology services running effectively. In this customer-facing role,you'llsupport day-to-day service delivery, incident coordination and clear communication between clients, service delivery leads and technical teams.
You'llbuild practical experience in how technology-enabled services are managed, including supporting service requests and incidents, helping coordinate changes, tracking actions and providingtimelyupdates to stakeholders.You'llalso gain exposure to cybersecurity and the wider technology environment as you develop in the role.
As a Graduate,you'llwork closely with experienced team members who will help you build your confidence, technicalunderstandingand customer service skills. The role is designed to give youa strong foundationin IT and Managed Services, with pathways into service delivery management, technology,consultingand other client-facing roles.
You'lljoin a collaborative and supportive team where people are encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas and learn from each other. The role will initially work standard Monday-to-Friday hours. Onceyou'refully trained and confident in the role,you'llalso take part in an on-call roster to support service delivery whenrequired
Whatyou’llbring
This role may suit you if you:
Are currently studying towards, or have recently completed a Bachelor-level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Business,Operationsor a related discipline.
Havestrong communicationand people skills and feel comfortable building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Are organised, detail-focused and able to keep track of multiple tasks and priorities.
Have an interest in technology, IT service management, incidentmanagementor cybersecurity.
Are proactive, self-motivated,curiousand willing to learn.
Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Are confident communicating with customers and can provide clear, professional updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
