As part of our Christchurch team,you'llbe part of a smaller, diverse office where you can build strong relationships, get involved in a great office culture and gain exposure to a variety of work. There may also be travel involved, giving you the opportunity to work with different clients and teams.

Whatyou'llbring
Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Data Analytics, Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Mathematics, Bachelor ofScienceor a similar degree.
Be in your final year of study or have recently graduated.
Intention to complete, or be on the pathway towards, a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), CPAAustraliaor Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Strong academic performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong numerical,analyticaland problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude,curiosityand willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with clients,colleaguesand different teams.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work well in a team.
An interest in variety and the ability to adapt across different clients,teamsand types of work.
A well-rounded background, including work, sport, volunteering,leadershipor extracurricular activities.
Tech-savviness and a willingness to work with audit tools,dataand emerging technology.
We do have a preference for those who are on the trajectory towards a professional qualification like those offered by Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), Chartered Professional Accountants Australia (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Eligibility Applications are open to New Zealand or Australian citizens and permanent residents. Candidates on student or work visas may only apply for roles in our Audit, Centre of Innovation and Technology (CIT), and Internal Audit & GRC teams, provided they meet specific eligibility criteria.
