As a Foundation Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering this purpose by supporting the growth of our PwCOnBoardprogramme, building relationships across the not-for-profit sector, coordinating volunteer initiatives, and driving operational excellence. Working closely with theotherFoundationAdvisor, you will champion engagement across the firm, strengthen our Foundation Champions network, enhance the new joiner experience, and help embed the Foundation into PwC's culture, ensuring our people are empowered to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Partner with the Foundation Lead to grow and deliver the PwCOnBoardprogramme, building relationships with not-for-profitorganisations, sourcing governance opportunities, and supporting the successful placement of PwC people on boards.

  • Coordinate and enhance the Foundation'sprogrammesand initiatives by leading key projects, supporting volunteer activities, managing communications, and helping deliver campaigns that create meaningful community impact.

  • Drive operational excellence bymaintainingFoundation resources, improving processes, managing reporting and due diligence activities, and supporting strategic planning andprogrammeevaluation.

  • Build strong relationships across PwC and the not-for-profit sector, acting as a Foundation ambassador, engaging stakeholders, recruiting volunteers, and helping embed the Foundation into PwC's culture.

  • Support the ongoing success of the Foundation through research, workshop facilitation, championing the Foundation Champions network, and contributing to the delivery of educational and communityprogrammes

  • Experience working with, or a genuine interest in, the not-for-profit or community sector.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strongorganisational, project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes.

  • A proactive,adaptableand collaborative approach, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPointand Power BI.
