This Principal Financial Analyst role is the primary strategic & business partner to the Global PVH Marketing organization and reports into the PVH Commercial Finance Director. Come help usher PVH to success as we enter two new exciting growth therapy markets with several product launches over the new 2-3 years!

This role will be responsible for supporting the VP of Global Marketing and Upstream & Downstream Marketing organizations. From an upstream perspective – this position will help drive marketing prioritization & strategic direction, helping manage market analysis and NPV’s for new product and therapy segments. On the downstream side - role will collaborate and help drive successful product launches as well as key revenue, pricing / margin, and inventory initiatives. In partnership with the marketing analytics team, this role owns the global market models and quarterly share calculations. This role will also be expected to step into IBP at various points in the process and will be the primary contact from a budgetary and expense management perspective.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Primary strategic & business partner to the VP of Global Marketing and his respective marketing organization – helping manage all facets of both Upstream & Downstream marketing

  • Manages Product Hierarchies and Global Market Share along with Marketing Analytics team

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing & Finance on strategic Margin & Pricing initiatives

  • Key stakeholder in new product launches and market / therapy opportunities & prioritization including NPV and market analytics -- may also support due diligence & integration for any future acquisitions

  • Oversees Global Strat Plan revenue and Control (market) submissions

  • Key contributor to IBP, related supply / demand allocations, and inventory matters such as product lifecycle management and rationalization

  • Perform forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and annual planning in support of key financial processes and business deliverables

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)

Nice to Have:

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, improve processes, and multi-task, in a high-paced environment

  • Strong business acumen: ability to learn/understand the business and influence key stakeholders at various management levels to drive and increase value to the organization

  • Positive attitude, with a high degree of initiative and accountability

  • Motivated to work independently with limited manager oversight

  • Preference is for position to be based onsite in MN

  • MBA/CPA

  • Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and influencing skills

  • Experience with MDT financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, CMR, SPEND, BOXI) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$110,400.00 - $165,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance,Health Savings Account,Healthcare Flexible Spending Account,Life insurance, Long-term disability leave,Dependent daycare spending account,Tuition assistance/reimbursement, andSimple Steps (global well-being program).
