Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PVC Piping Technician responsible for assembling and installing PVC piping systems for RO units according to engineering drawings and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Installation and assembly of PVC / UPVC piping systems
• Cutting, preparing, and bonding PVC pipes and fittings
• Assembling piping for reverse osmosis water treatment systems
• Installation of:
• pipes
• fittings
• valves
• sensors
• pump connections
• Working according to:
• engineering drawings
• piping diagrams
• 3D models
• Pipe preparation:
• measuring
• cutting
• chamfering
• cleaning
• solvent bonding
• Ensuring leak-free connections
• Maintaining high quality of pipe bonding
• Participation in assembly of industrial equipment

Typical Work Process

The technician will:

1. Receive assembly drawings or a 3D model
2. Prepare pipes and fittings
3. Cut pipes to required dimensions
4. Perform PVC solvent bonding
5. Assemble the complete piping system
6. Check alignment and leak tightness
