Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Development & Writing
  • Lead the end-to-end development of RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and safety technology opportunities.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop customized, high-impact proposals showcasing EVERSANA’s differentiators and value proposition.
  • Craft clear and persuasive narratives for technical, operational, and commercial sections, including executive summaries, methodologies, and value-added solutions.
  • Integrate win themes, solution design elements, and key differentiators from delivery and technology teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with leaders and SMEs across PV Operations, Literature Surveillance, Aggregate Reporting, Signal Management, Technology, and Compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance, contracts, and project management offices to ensure accuracy of budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and information flow to meet submission timelines and ensure proposal quality.
  • Content Management & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain and continuously improve a central proposal content library with standardized responses, bios, case studies, and client references.
  • Ensure all proposal documents adhere to EVERSANA’s brand, tone, and quality standards.
  • Review and edit content for consistency, accuracy, grammar, and alignment with client instructions.
  • Strategic Support

  • Support the development of win strategies by analyzing competitive landscapes and client expectations.
  • Participate in post-submission debriefs and incorporate feedback to strengthen future submissions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content such as capability decks, concept notes, and conference abstracts as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, English, Communications, or Business Administration.

Experience: 3–7 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or business development within pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences services.

Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, regulatory writing, or related compliance services.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information simply and persuasively.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight timelines.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in preparing proposals related to pharmacovigilance outsourcing, case processing, literature monitoring, aggregate reporting, or AI-enabled safety solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer RFP portals
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify differentiators and build value-based narratives.
  • Collaborative working style and the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional global teams.
