You will support the pharmacovigilance (PV) team in Israel by ensuring safety data and related systems are accurate and compliant. You will work closely with global and local colleagues, vendors and partners to process safety information, maintain PV records, and support reporting activities. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:


- Review, extract and accurately monitor adverse event (AE) data from spontaneous and solicited sources in the safety databases according to procedures.
- Perform quality checks, reconciliations and basic case triage to ensure data completeness and timeliness.
- Maintain and update pharmacovigilance agreements, safety documentation and document repositories.
- Run database listings and reports; support metric collection and basic trend checks.
- Liaise with local operating companies, vendors and internal teams to gather information and resolve data queries.
- Provide administrative and system support for PV processes, including mailbox triage and document archiving.


Why You?
Basic Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:


- Pharmacist with Israeli license.
- 1–4 years’ experience in pharmacovigilance / drug safety.
- Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry, reconciliation or database work.
- Good IT skills, including Excel and experience with web-based applications or safety databases.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed team and responding to stakeholders in a timely way.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:


- Experience with ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) processing.
- Knowledge of local regulatory reporting requirements and pharmacovigilance methodology.
- Prior experience with safety databases (e.g., Argus, Veeva or similar) or document management systems.
- Experience working with vendors or in quality and compliance activities.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement or KPI analysis.


Working arrangements
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work on-site in Israel regularly and have flexibility for remote working as agreed with your manager.
