Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Proposal Management: Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and ITNs; establish timelines, lead meetings, and coordinate subject matter experts (SMEs) to meet strict deadlines.
Content & Graphic Design: Write, edit, and format persuasive proposal content; turn complex technical processes into clear diagrams and visuals while enforcing brand standards.
Production & Delivery: Manage in-house and vendor document production, ensuring accurate, visually appealing, and documented on-time submissions.
Presentations & Coaching: Develop pitch decks and slide materials, coordinate with external vendors (e.g., animation studios), and coach presentation teams for competitive interviews.
Database & Team Support: Partner with data analysts to update marketing materials, resumes, project sheets, and reference lists; assist team members on cross-functional pursuits.
Qualifications
Experience: 5–7 years in proposal management or marketing, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Software Mastery: Expert in Adobe InDesign and MS Office; proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
Core Traits: Exceptional persuasive writing/editing skills, strong graphic layout capabilities, detail-oriented under deadline pressure, and open to occasional evening/weekend work to meet submissions.
